Do you accept custom orders?
Yes of course! I love to receive your custom orders. All of my items are made to order for each customer, therefore they can be customised so we can include or exclude any flowers or colours from our designs available on the website to create a design especially for you. Please note that there may be a price change depending on what you wanted changing. Or if you would like something completely different making then please get in touch via the contact form or email and I would be happy to discuss your ideas with you.
Do you ship Overseas?
I do ship my faux flower hair accessories overseas but due to the delicate nature of my dried flower wreaths and accessories, unfortunately I’m unable to post dried flowers to other country’s but the U.K.
How long will my order take to arrive?
As each order I receive is made to order, I do have a processing time of 4-5 days. Please also allow for posting times on top as well. If you require your item sooner then please contact myself and I will try my best to make it sooner for you. During busy periods, when my delivery times may be longer, I will make this clear on the front of the store.
How long do dried flowers last?
Dried flowers can last up to three years if cared for properly. It’s best to keep them away from sunlight to prevent the colours fading. Away from sources of heat, moisture and humidity. We recommend keeping your flowers in the box that they are sent in until needed, minus the packaging so the air can circulate. A care card is sent with all dried flower orders.
Can I order my wedding flowers from you?
I have created many wedding flowers for lots of happy brides. From bouquets to buttonholes, to centrepieces to flower girl wands. Although I don’t stock any bouquets in my shop, as I believe each wedding order is different to the next, I’m sure brides to be have their Pinterest board full of ideas though! So you are welcome to send over any inspiration pictures you have or let me help with the whole process and we can discuss the perfect package for you and provide you with a tailored quote.
How will my item(s) be packed and delivered?
All of my items are sent in cardboard boxes. The packaging I use is tissue paper and packaging paper which is plastic free and recyclable. It is used to prevent movement in transit. I will happily offer a gift card if required. I use Royal Mail for the majority of my orders.
