Shipping policy

All items are handmade to order so please allow time for your order to be made. Processing time takes around 3-5 days so please add this time onto your delivery time. If you require your order urgently, please contact us prior to placing your order to check whether it can be completed within your required timescale. 

All items will be dispatched to the shipping address that you provided when you placed your order so please double check it is correct. Please contact us immediately if you have provided the wrong address. If we have already shipped your order, you will need to wait until it is returned to us. Unfortunately we can’t offer refunds on orders with incorrect shipping information. 

All items are shipped with Royal Mail standard second class which usually takes 2-3 days. Otherwise you can upgrade to first class at checkout which usually takes 1 day.  Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control. 

Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any orders that go missing if you have asked for them to be left in a safe place. 

International orders will be posted via Royal Mail’s tracked international service which takes 5-7 days.
