Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order but if you wish to return an item(s), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to start the returns process. Returned items must be unused and includes all the original packaging, with the tag(s) still attached within 14 days. 

Please obtain proof of posting when returning your item. We also recommend sending tracked. You are responsible for all items until they are returned to us. Once we have received the item(s) and are happy with the condition we will issue a refund or exchange. 

Items are only classed as faulty if they arrive damaged or you have received the wrong item. As colour varies on different monitors, slight colour variations are not considered to be a fault. 

If your items arrive damaged then please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, we will then need to see photographic proof of the damage caused. Then we can provide a replacement and file a claim with Royal Mail.  

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage in transit or our error. 

Please make sure all items are packaged securely as if they reach us in an unsuitable condition, they may be returned back to you. 

Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made items. 

Cancellations : I accept cancellations of most items up until the point the item has been marked as dispatched. At this point, my returns policy will apply.
